We built Dictora so clinicians can look up from the keyboard.
Clinical documentation that writes itself, for every specialty and every role on the care team.
Give clinicians their time back, without giving up control.
Clinicians spend hours every day on documentation, much of it after the last patient has gone home. Every order re-entered, every code chosen after the fact and every letter written from memory is time taken from patients and from the people who care for them.
Dictora listens to the visit, drafts the note, pends the orders that were discussed, suggests codes with the evidence behind them and prepares patient instructions and letters. Then it steps aside. Nothing is final until a clinician signs, and one signature covers the note, the orders and the instructions.
We are building Dictora to work with the EHRs health systems already run, for every specialty and every role on the care team.
“Clinicians didn't go into medicine to type. We built Dictora to listen, handle the paperwork and get out of the way, so care gets their full attention again.”Jeremy Matthews · Founder, Dictora
Principles behind every feature
Clinician signs off
Drafts stay drafts until a clinician reviews and signs. Nothing reaches the chart on its own.
Evidence for every suggestion
Codes, orders and summaries link back to the words that support them.
Inside the workflow
Voice and AI live in every field and screen, not in a separate tool to manage.
Built for every role
Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, midwives, dentists, residents and fellows, across every specialty.
